Planning Commissioners are faced with an enormous responsibility to help guide the development of their communities. This introductory course will provide a comprehensive overview of planning principles and practices that will help planning commissioners become more effective in their multiple roles. Topics range from technical to philosophical; from site specific to regional; and from current practice to future trends.
