Carbon Neutral??

A resort in Azerbaijan is obviously meant to attract tourists who arrive by airplane, and those planes emit huge amounts of carbon dioxide, which they ignore when they claim the resort is carbon-neutral.

In terms of emissions, it is much better to go to a conventional resort near your home than to fly to a carbon-neutral resort in Azerbaijan.
