The Reading apartment is only $345 a month, but is still a measly 240 sq. ft. Curbed has photos taken from the apartment rental listings, and commentary, such as this charming Boston apartment:
"Despite the "Boston Best Rentals" watermark on the photos, we have a feeling this probably isn't among Boston's best rental properties. Sure, it's located in the desirable Back Bay, but at just 240 square feet, it is one cramped studio. The $1,175 per month rent does nothing to make this place more desirable."

150 square feet
I lived in 150 square feet in Toronto a couple of years ago when I was taking a year off to get an extra degree. It was pretty much OK, except I had to work to get my luggage in the closet and out of the walls (and didn't have space for houseguests!)
Luggage in the closet?
Michael - you should have rented a storage space - as I do, and placed the well-traveled suitcases there, along with God knows what else.
My apt. is 258 square feet, storage unit is 5 ft. x 5 ft; 7 ft. tall. Fortunately, the storage unit is around the block.....
